THE MOORE FAMILY TRUST FOUNDATION Statement of Organizational and Financial Structure

The Moore Family Trust Foundation formally announces the establishment of The Moore Family Trust, a consolidated financial and administrative structure established for the benefit of Randal G. Moore and the continued funding, operational support, and long-term sustainability of the Foundation’s philanthropic mission.

The establishment of The Moore Family Trust follows the consolidation and reorganization of previously constituted personal and business trust arrangements, including the Randal G. Moore HCPH Trust This reorganization follows the death of William Harold Edwards Jr. on May 10, 2025, and the subsequent lawful transfer of his assets and beneficial interests to Randal G. Moore through the administration and completion of probate proceedings.

The newly established Moore Family Trust encompasses a coordinated financial structure consisting of two trusts, one designated Endowment Reserve, and a donor-advised fund (DAF), each serving a defined purpose within the broader framework of asset preservation, financial stewardship, and generational philanthropy.

The consolidation provides for the unified administration of designated assets, the responsible management and allocation of capital, and the preservation of financial resources intended to support both personal interests and the continuing philanthropic commitments of The Moore Family Trust Foundation.

This organizational restructuring shall not alter, diminish, or otherwise affect any existing charitable commitment, institutional endowment, philanthropic partnership, or future program of giving. The Foundation shall continue its established mission, guided by the principles and charitable intentions upon which it was founded.

The governance structure provides for institutional fiduciary oversight, with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP designated as successor trustee under the applicable governing instruments. Provisions have also been established for designated successor advisors who may, at an appropriate future time, assume specified responsibilities relating to financial administration, investment stewardship, and philanthropic oversight.

For all matters concerning the administration, financial management, and operational oversight of the consolidated structure, the designation The Moore Family Trust shall be employed.

The Moore Family Trust Foundation shall retain its established institutional identity for all matters concerning charitable initiatives, grants, endowments, institutional partnerships, and philanthropic activities.

This reorganization represents a continuation of the principles of responsible stewardship, institutional independence, and generational legacy, ensuring that the philanthropic commitments established over decades remain supported by a durable and carefully governed financial structure.
